We are proud to have upgraded our Unifi Cloud Controller to the latest version. It has been fully tested and was a seamless upgrade with no clients commenting about downtime. They did, however, say it is now running more smoothly and have noticed improved performance.

We are rebuilding a whole new Unifi network from scratch!
A client's USG recently died, so we lent them a spare to make uploading their complication configuration easier and to let them to continue working seamlessly.
We ordered, configured, and installed UXG-PRO earlier in the week. However, the actual cut-over was scheduled for Friday afternoon. This included rebuilding half a dozen VLANs, several VPN connections, 7 x WiFi SSIDs, and individual LAN ports on different VLANs.
The work involved building a new site, transferring all the devices, and reconfiguring. Checking, double checking that all settings were correct. Significant testing with staff and 3rd parties and then handover.
Before you ask...the whole piece of work was successfully performed remotely from the office 😊

I had an exciting time at the event last night.
Many topics were discussed, such as lead generation (DMARC, exhibitions, niches, and consistent activity), managing client expectations (during the sales process, onboarding, and ongoing), Dynamics 365 experiences from the group, plus the pros, cons, and tips for growing to accommodate a new client, thanks to contributions from all in attendance.
