Netec recently successfully on-boarded a client that provides compassionate community care and care at home. They specialise in domiciliary care, respite care and 24-hour care for the elderly, and people suffering from mental difficulties and physical difficulties.
The IT solution involved professionalising the business - utilising their existing Internet Domain, and setting up MS 365, creating a data repository with SharePoint/OneDrive. In addition, we also implemented email security, backup and end-point security products to ensure their solution is always protected from threats.
